Hello. I'm Yelena (Kozlova) Ogan and I'm an I/O professional in Chicago, Illinois. I will be graduating with my Master of Arts degree this December from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Currently I am working part-time at United Stationers doing training and organizational development work. My previous experience consists of a performance management internship with RSM McGladrey, a patient and employee satisfaction survey development and analysis internship with Rush University Medical Center and an industry research internship in the area of performance management for the CEO of Metrus Group. My research and pieces of writing have been published in Dr. Schiemann’s latest book titled Reinventing Performance Management. At this time I am searching for a permanent opportunity upon graduation with my masters degree to further develop my current skill set.
