Hello. My name is Yelena (Kozlova) Ogan. My passion lies in engaging, aligning and enabling employees in order to maximize their performance. I specialize in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Human Capital Metrics and Workforce Alignment solutions with the goal of increasing organizational value and maximazing organizational potential. I reside in beautiful and diverse Chicago, Illinois. My current role is on the Enterprise Talent Management team at United Airlines consists of leadership developement, performance management, human capital analytics and enterprise learning internal consulting projects. My previous experience consists of roles in organizational development with United Stationers, performance management with RSM McGladrey, employee engagement measurement and linkage research with Rush University Medical Center and talent management with Metrus Group. My research and pieces of writing have been published in Dr. Schiemann’s latest book titled Reinventing Performance Management. I have graduated with my Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and am currently a doctoral candidate at the The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. In my free time I enjoy international travel, captivating books and hockey games.
